Way back, when I was a full-time designer, one of my favourite clients invited me to a chocolate workshop, and I’ve been hooked ever since. When looking to exit design after many years, I realized that chocolate would be the perfect profession, as I could still exercise a great deal of creativity. And I do! I also find myself in the fortunate position of getting to add a little happiness into people’s lives, even if only for a moment.
Making all of my chocolates by hand in small batches and choosing only the best ingredients I can find (organic, of course) results in what I believe are some pretty darned good chocolates. Thankfully, other people think so too! I’m always experimenting with different flavours and techniques, constantly on the lookout for new and challenging ways to work with this incredible food.
